Quanta × National High School Finals Rodeo

The trades are short on workers, and Quanta Services set out to recruit the next generation of linemen and craftspeople. The idea behind the campaign was simple: rodeo kids already know what a hard day's work feels like. They work in the elements, they get up when they get knocked down, and they put the life of someone or something ahead of their own. That's exactly the kind of hardworking, passionate person who makes an amazing trades worker.

We went to the National High School Finals Rodeo in Gillette, Wyoming to meet those kids where they are. Over the week we built photo and video assets for the recruitment campaign while Quanta ran a booth at the championships, where PBR rodeo champions and Quanta ambassadors gave talks on the pros and cons of heading into the trades after high school.
